GlamBeauty Founder and CEO, Alicia Nicole Hood (also known as Nikki), has over10 years of experience as a customer service advocate. Her background in customer service and accounting inspired Nikki, to start her own business by investing in products she loves and are passionate about.

She is purposed to inspire women in business and entrepreneurship to develop professionalism and enhancing natural beauty while doing so. Nikki's mantra is that when you look good, you do good! If you know her, one thing you know is her appearance is always on point and in tact. Her favorite saying is “You never know who you’ll meet when you leave your house, so you should always look and be ready.”
